To be eligible, the entry must comply with the category’s definition. All articles must be first published in the country of origin between June 2, 2007 and January 31, 2010.
All non-English language entries must be accompanied by an English translation.

Entry forms, accompanied by the entry fee and submission material must be received by the 2010 Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards administration no later than close of business on Friday February 5, 2010. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible for the Awards.
Freight charges for delivery must be paid by the entrant. Entries forwarded freight-collect will not be accepted. Entrants should ensure that the appropriate documentation is enclosed with the submission material to facilitate customs clearance. Any customs charges must be paid by the entrant. Please state on consignment notes/customs declarations that material enclosed is classed as ‘promotional material – no commercial value’. Acceptance of the entry will be confirmed by email.
Acknowledgement within the awards material will be given only to the journalist and/or relevant publication named on the entry form. It is therefore vitally important that entry forms are typed or printed clearly in block letters and that you have supplied the correct listing and spelling of all details on this entry form. The majority of correspondence will be done via email, so please provide email addresses wherever possible.
In signing this entry form the undersigned declares that he/she has read all of the conditions of entry and agrees to comply with them. The undersigned, if not the journalist or the editor of the publication declares that he/she is fully authorised to sign the form as agent on behalf of the journalist and/or editor and to bind the journalist and/or editor by terms of this release.
The undersigned is aware that he/she will be the contact person for the 2010 Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards administration in their confirmation of entry and for queries associated with this entry.

The World Food Media Awards is now accepting payments via cheque for the award category of your choice. Please make cheques out to 'Consuming Passions' and submit with submission material before the entry deadline.
