To be eligible, the entry must comply with the category’s definition. All television and radio entries must be broadcast for the first time in the country of origin between June 2, 2007 and January 31, 2010.
All non-English speaking entries must be accompanied by one of the following: An English transcript of all dialogue OR English subtitles. Entries submitted without a transcript or subtitles will NOT be eligible for entry.
The following must be received by the 2010 Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards administration FOR EACH ENTRY by no later than February 5, 2010.

NB: Entrants may enter more than one television/radio episode from a series/programme. However, a maximum of three entries (per series) is permitted and each entry requires a separate entry form, submission material and entry fee.

Entry forms, accompanied by entry fee and submission material must be received by the 2010 Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards administration no later than close of business on Friday February 5, 2010 Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible for the Awards.
Freight charges for delivery must be paid by the entrant. Entries forwarded freight-collect will not be accepted. Entrants should ensure that the appropriate documentation is enclosed with the submission material to facilitate customs clearance. Any customs charges must be paid by the entrant. Please state on consignment notes/customs declarations that material enclosed is classed as ‘promotional material – no commercial value’.
Acceptance of the entry will be confirmed by email.
Acknowledgement within the awards material will be given only to the host(s), producer(s) and network named on the entry form. It is therefore vitally important that entry forms are typed or printed clearly in block letters and that you have supplied the correct listing and spelling of all details on this entry form. The majority of correspondence will be done via email, so please provide email addresses wherever possible.
In signing this entry form the undersigned declares that he/she has read all of the conditions of entry and agrees to comply with them. The undersigned, if not the presenter, producer or network representative of the show declares that he/she is fully authorised to sign the form as agent on behalf of the presenter, Production Company or network and to bind the presenter, production company or network by terms of this release.
The undersigned is aware that he/she will be the contact person for the 2010 Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards administration in their confirmation of entry and for queries associated with this entry.
Please note that you will receive a confirmation email confirming your entry into the Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards Book category. This email will also act as a TAX INVOICE once received.
Entries will not be complete until all submission material, including payment, have been received.
