Season’s Greetings from Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards

On behalf of the team at Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards, I’d like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous 2010.

And a reminder: Entries in the 2010 Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards close on Friday, February 5, 2010. Many hundreds of entries have already arrived, reflecting an ever-increasing diversity across all 24 award categories and we’re eagerly anticipating the prospect of many more arriving in the New Year.

Following the closing date, our international panel of 30 jurors will judge them and we will announce the nominees in March 2010. The presentation of the 2010 Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards will be held at the Intercontinental Adelaide on Monday May 3, 2010, as part of Tasting Australia (www.tasting-australia.com.au).

All nominees will be acknowledged at the Awards ceremony, where winners will be announced and presented with ‘Ladles’.

Each nominee will be entitled to display the 2010 Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards seals on their programmes, publications, and websites.

We encourage everyone to enter these global awards – it is a great way of reinforcing credentials among the ever-widening world of food and beverage media professionals and of reaching a broad cross-section of food and wine lovers.
